Your dental health is our primary concern. At Forrest and Forrest Family Dentistry, we are committed to helping you in any way we can, whether it’s with insurance or without insurance, to comfortably afford the treatment you deserve without expense preventing you from receiving your treatment.   

To facilitate this commitment we are pleased to offer several payment options:

We offer several interest free payment options through CareCredit and applying is quick and easy.  You can apply in our office (approval is generally within a few minutes) or apply online from the comfort of your home by linking to CareCredit web site.

CareCredit, an outside medical/dental financing company, allows you to begin your treatment immediately and then pay for it over time with low monthly payments (interest free options available) that fit your monthly budget.  CareCredit has helped thousands of people afford the treatment they need and deserve.

Insurance

As previously stated, your dental health is our primary concern.  In our office, we are committed to helping you any way we can whether it’s with or without insurance….in network or out of network… we are here to help.

Many ‘Preferred Provider’ or ‘In Network’ type insurance companies pay benefits on lower quality materials and treatment as being adequate for their subscribers (you).  Our Doctors disagree.  We are committed to the belief our patients deserve to be treated equally (insurance or not), given all options when treatment is necessary, and then it’s your decision…not your insurance company - as to the materials and treatment that’s right for you.

We gladly file your insurance for you as a courtesy.  We do ask that you pay the visit fee in full at time of service and the insurance company sends your benefit check directly to you for reimbursement.

We will assist you in any way possible to maximize your dental benefits.  We file your dental claims electronically to help expedite your payment process.  You usually receive your payment within 10-14 days on most services. 

If for any reason your insurance company requests additional documentation on any service, we will gladly submit, free of charge, the additional information needed in processing your claim/payment.
